It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas

We're busy getting in the Christmas spirit around here! Here are a few of our recent activities...

We put up and decorated our tree. Danica was very interested at first.

The finished product

We went to the the town square for the lighting of the Rutherford County Christmas tree. It's neat to live somewhere that actually has a town square! This building is the courthouse.

It was very cold for our California bones, so we slipped inside the courthouse to warm up for a few minutes. Danica's wearing a ton of layers, but it still wasn't enough - we nearly had a popsicle on our hands!

The next morning we woke up to find we had received our very first dusting of snow!
