It's official: Danica is no longer terrified of Santa! Today was our MOMS Club Christmas party, and we had snacks, a craft, a book exchange, and a special visit from Santa. Danica was excited to see him, but then hesitated once he showed up. She finally settled on sitting next to him (instead of on his lap), and proceeded to have quite a long conversation with him (I wish I could have heard more of what she said). She spent most of the rest of the party following him around, trying to get up the courage to talk to him some more. And yes, she is carrying around the Book of Psalms throughout the whole party. She brought it to show Santa and her friends :).
