Atlanta

This weekend we got to travel to Atlanta. Daddy had a conference to attend, and Mommy and Danica got to tag along and be tourists. Danica LOVED staying in a fancy hotel in the "big city." She was fascinated by all of the tall buildings.

On Saturday, while Daddy was in meetings, Mommy and Danica headed out to the Georgia Aquarium. It was crowded, but fantastic! Some of the highlights were the dolphins, seahorses, penguins, and belugas. Mommy made sure that Danica saw the kelp forest and garibaldis, keeping her aware of her California roots.

In the evening, we all headed out to Aunt Jackie and Uncle Keith's place to have a visit with them and all of the cousins. Danica loved playing with "Baby" Keegan. We think she's getting ready to be a big sister! Jackie & Co. gifted Danica with a basket full of little stuffed bunnies that she has been carting around everywhere and playing with nonstop - a big hit! It was so much fun to see family. We really need to get down to Atlanta more often!

The last picture was taken Sunday morning and just cracked me up. Danica decided that some of her bunnies needed to use the potty at the hotel. Maybe we're finally getting close to potty training after all!
