We have been taking long walks in the woods near the house where we will be living soon. This is the city of Murfreesboro. It is named after a Revolutionary Col. named Hardy Murfree. Murfreesboro was also the state capital for a few years. That's the history lesson for today.

This is Stones River. During the Civil War, there was a bloody battle here with over 23, 000 casualties. Don't worry, the North won.

Ahhhh, three of my most favorite people. . .there in their new digs. Tennessee is beautiful - I'm so glad we got to see where they are living, a wonderfully beautiful place, much quieter than here, a place where people stop to smell the roses, enjoy one another and relax more.
